Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are browser type/version, OS, referrer URL, hostname, time, and IP address. This data is stored for error troubleshooting and security (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR) for a maximum of 14 days.

IP Hashing for Spam Prevention

To prevent massive spam in reviews, we apply IP hashing. When submitting a review, your real IP address is locally converted into an anonymous cryptographic hash (e.g., SHA256) and stored in the database only in this form (Privacy by Design). The raw IP is discarded immediately after the initial check. (Legitimate interest, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your indexed phone number or unlawful comments concerning you at any time. Send us an informal email to delete@tellcalls.com, and we will review/delete the entry immediately.
